Partner and Service Line Leader for the Corporate Advisory and M&A Group

Career

Sally provides corporate and commercial advice to listed, private companies and for purpose companies. During her career, Sally has gained extensive experience in advising on Corporations Act issues, public and private M&A transactions, equity capital raisings (including dual and secondary listings on foreign exchanges), directors’ duties, directors’ deeds of access, indemnity and insurance, corporate governance, foreign investment regulations and commercial agreements.

Sally joined Sparke Helmore in 2018 to lead the Corporate Advisory and M&A team. She has led the team on a number of significant transactions in the market including the reverse takeover of Tartana Resources by R3D Limited, the sale of New England Trading (known as Net Modular) (NET) to Alegro Group, the leading modular space leasing business in Europe and the Asia Pacific, as well as other private equity and M&A transactions in a broad range of sectors.
