Jonathan is a Senior Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team with more than 4 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients on disputes of various types. Whilst Jonathan’s main focus is on commercial disputes, he regularly advises clients in relation to other matters including construction disputes, property disputes and professional negligence claims. Jonathan has experience advising clients in relation to litigation in the Scottish courts and appearing in the Sheriff Court. Jonathan also has experience of alternative methods of dispute resolution such as mediation and adjudication.
