Position
Partner in the Employment Team with more than 16 years’ experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Anya has a particular focus on corporate transactions and compliance issues, including complex TUPE transactions involving insolvency proceedings and corporate deals with international elements. Anya has experience in acting for a diverse client base ranging from small niche businesses to large corporate entities across a range of sectors including the oil and gas industry, automotive, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, IT and professional services. Anya is also well placed to advise senior executives and professionals in relation to new employment, disputes with their employer and managing exit strategies.

Trained Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace, Aberdeen; qualified 2005, associate 2009, partner 2013. Joined Stronachs LLP August 2015 as a partner. Dual qualified in Scots and English law. Notary Public. Tutor for the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice employment law course at the University of Aberdeen. Anya is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as specialist in Employment Law, certified by the Law Society of Scotland in Data Protection.
