Drafting security documents and other legal instruments. Drafted a number of agreements and security documents for National Credit and Commerce Bank limited (NCC) and Agrani Bank limited.
EMPLOYMENT LAW:
Experience in drafting tailor-made employment contracts. Provided employment related advice to a number of newspapers including the Monthly Current World and Naya Diganta.
INCOME TAX LAW:
Experience of drafting, filing and conducting Income Tax Reference Applications. Advised and appeared on behalf of Latif Export and Import Co. Limited and Easy Mail Services Limited in relation to income tax disputes.  Worked and appeared on behalf of a number of  Publishers including BCS publishers in income tax matters. 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW:
Experience of drafting, conducting and contesting litigations in trademark matters. Appeared on behalf of the Novartis Pharmaceuticals company based in Switzerland and various local companies.
