Paul is part of our highly rated real estate finance team, which offers comprehensive counsel on real estate and real estate finance matters for borrower and lender clients. He specialises in real estate finance, acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters acting for lenders, investors, landlord and tenants. He also advises on the real estate aspects of restructuring and insolvency work. Paul leads the firm’s relationship with HSBC and is a key client service partner for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, Barings Real Estate Advisers LLP, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and Barclays Bank PLC.
