Hui Lu has been in practice for 18 years and has extensive experience in corporate and financing transactions, from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities law and regulations, cross-border and project financing, banking and corporate finance and foreign investments, to real property and development projects. Hui Lu is identified as a Recommended Lawyer in the fields of Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate and Construction in the 2014 edition of The Asia Pacific Legal 500 – The Guide to Asia’s Law Firms.
