Charles has worked as a Defence Criminal Practitioner within specialist criminal law practices across the North East region and beyond for the last 16 years. He provides court representation to clients in all areas of criminal law and white collar crime. His particular expertise and specialism is in Defence Road Traffic and Motoring Offences. He knows only too well how potentially devastating the loss of one’s licence can be to both the individual and their family given the far reaching consequences of points, ban’s and disqualification on conviction.

Charles has been the representative Criminal Defence Solicitor at Major Family Law since 2018, focusing on his specialty of Motor and Driving Offences, with an impressive record where he has defended a multitude of clients across his career with great success. He has an exceptional ability to achieve the right outcome in urgent and exacting circumstances.
