Mr. Giwan Bae is a partner in the Litigation Group at Jipyong. Upon graduation from Seoul National University (B.A. in Business Administration) in 2004, he completed training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2008, and was subsequently admitted to the Illinois bar of the US in November 2016. He specializes in shipping finance, overseas securities, foreign exchange transactions, corporate reorganization, and corporate governance. Mr. Bae currently represents several leading financial institutions in litigations.
