She has experience in advising a broad range of clients from SME’s, private equity companies, banks, large corporates to owner managed businesses, whether their objective is to diversify and grow or simply put in place a legal framework. Sectors she has a particular interest in include retail, technology, property development and sport. She also advises on corporate banking and finance and commercial contracts.
