Mr. Necesario’s practice focuses on labour law compliance advisories on hiring, workforce management, administrative disciplinary proceedings, and termination disputes. He also handles labour litigation matters for clients from various industries.
Prior to entering the Firm, Mr. Necesario worked for Nograles Law Offices as an Underbar Associate, and the UP Institute of Human Rights as a Senior Paralegal.
