Atty. Ira Mari J. Sembrano is a Senior Associate of the Firm. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department, her practice primarily involves counseling companies on their regulatory compliance and providing tailored advice in the fields of general corporate and commercial law, labor and employment, data privacy and competition law, insurance, taxation, banking, financial technology, and government procurement. Her practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and conducting extensive due diligence exercises.
Her experience in the field of labor and employment has given Ira numerous opportunities to guide local and multinational companies on labor matters affecting their operations, including labor standards, labor relations, regulatory compliance, employment contracts, employee discipline and termination, and corporate dissolution.
