Samantha is experienced in advising clients on a range of contested will validity claims (including claims of forgery, rectification and capacity), Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims and proprietary estoppel. Samantha acts for individuals, trustees, executors and charities based in the UK and abroad, regarding UK assets and estates. With a particular interest in Court of Protection matters, Samantha advises deputies, attorneys and individuals on statutory wills, misappropriation of asset claims and other contested Court of Protection applications.

Samantha also advises clients on removal of trustee/executor applications and trust disputes. Samantha has a great deal of experience in conducting successful mediations for clients.

Samantha is a full member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) an industry recognised qualification for specialism in this area of work and an Affiliate member of STEP, having passed the Qualified Practitioner Route to full qualification. Samantha regularly provide commentary in the press or legal publications on cases and current topics of discussion.
