ZHANG Li has been practice over 25 years, beginning from lawsuit, started to work solely on cooperate securities legal services since she obtained security legal services qualification issued by Security Commission and Ministry of Justice in 1999, including litigation and non-itigation. She is an expert on Corporate Law and mainland capital market, and is able to combine theories from litigation and non-itigation into practice, to set overhead transaction structure and solve difficulties encountered regarding Cooperate Law. She provided comprehensive services in the field of IPO firm and cooperate merging to numerous companies.
Representative cases are Guizhou Shenqi acquiring Yongsheng Data in 2003 (600613), 2005-009 Hisens acquiring Kelong Electrics (000921\HK0921), 2009-011 Xinhua Shudian enterprise transition of 120 locations in Guangdong Province, 2015-2016 ShandongLidao Haiyangkeji Inc. dispute.
