LUAN Yan has more than 10 years of legal experience and has served as the legal adviser of China Arts Foundation, CITIC Bank Co., Ltd., CITIC Guoan Wine Co., Ltd. and many other large enterprises and institutions.
She is good at dealing with contract disputes, infringement disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and anti-monopoly declaration. She has represented many difficult and complex civil and commercial cases in the Supreme People’s court, Beijing Municipal People’s court, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Hebei Provincial People’s court and other courts. In 2018, Ms. LUAN represented 7 litigation cases with the subject value of more than 100 million yuan, with the highest amount of 967 million yuan; 9 cases in which the original judgment was revoked and sent back for retrial or ordered for retrial. In addition, she independently represents Michelin group through its subsidiary Spika SAS and Fives SA through its holding company Fives Group’s new joint venture case, Gonvari and DGS business concentration case and other anti-monopoly declaration cases, totaling dozens.
