Simon is the head of Simpson Millar’s Road Traffic Accidents department, and has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal profession.
He specialises in serious injury claims and complex and high-value road traffic accident claims.
Simon works hard to get his clients early treatment and rehabilitation, so they can begin their recovery as soon as possible.
Since his clients have often gone through great trauma and distress, he forms a very strong bond with them.
Simon is currently vice-chairman and director of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS), and is often asked to consult with the Ministry of Justice on changes in the law and procedures that may affect people injured in road accidents.
