David is experienced in advising clients operating in the key Australian industries of energy and resources; mining services and technology; advanced manufacturing; healthcare; and, financial services.

First and foremost, David is a litigator, and he has acted for clients in a range of court proceedings and other dispute resolution forums in New South Wales and Western Australia including contract disputes, corporations and shareholder actions, and intellectual property infringement claims. He also acts for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in competition and regulatory matters.

David also supports clients, however, with commercial transaction and advisory services in connection with technology acquisition and licensing, technology and intellectual property due diligence and analysis, and intellectual property protection and commercialisation. His experience in Australia and the Middle East equips him with the skills to achieve swift and favourable outcomes.
