Russell Philip understands the complexities of corporate transactions. With multiple degrees in law, finance and investment, and experience gained from working on various complex domestic and international dealings, Russell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to large scale corporate transactions. Specialising in the art of mergers and acquisitions, Russell is able to identify the issues from many angles to assist clients make informed decisions, preserve and maximise value, and bring ideas to fruition. In addition to mining and natural resources mergers and acquisitions, he has particular expertise in transactions in the technology, financial services and property industries.
