Specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on foreign inbound investment Lizzie has advised on some of the largest Asian investments in Australia and has built an impressive depth of FIRB expertise. With 25 years’ experience, she has been actively and continuously engaged in this space for over 10 years, and her views are regularly sought after by PE Funds and corporate clients.
