Career
Kirsty’s practice is focussed on environmental and planning issues relevant to major infrastructure projects, particularly State road and rail projects.
She also has extensive experience in advising public and private sector clients on contamination and pollution, environmental compliance and strategic planning issues.
Kirsty has specific expertise in compulsory land acquisition and land valuation, having represented the NSW Government in some of the State’s largest compensation claims in recent years.
