Phoebe specialises in securities and commercial law and funds management.  Phoebe has a particular interest in financial services compliance and regulatory issues, as well as advising on a range of mergers and acquisitions, most recently with a focus on transactions in the insurance of other regulated sectors.  She is also a member of our China desk, with Mandarin language skills.  She is actively involved in advising clients, including banks and fund managers, on the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the implications for their businesses.  Phoebe joined Chapman Tripp in October 2013 after returning to New Zealand from two years at Linklaters in Shanghai.
