In his real estate practice, Ira has represented clients in some of Thailand’s most notable land purchases. These include advanced multi-purpose residential and commercial enterprises, high-end villa developments, and hotel projects. He advises both high net-worth private clients and leading multinational real estate players in navigating regulatory requires and seamlessly facilitates their through mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and various commercial transactions.

Moreover, Ira has been instrumental in numerous high-profile transactions within the projects and energy sectors across Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Ira combines in-depth industry knowledge and a deep-rooted understanding of the legal, commercial, financing and licensing factors to provide innovative advice to owners, financial institutions, developers, operators, contractors and suppliers.
