JAYDEN CHUAH is a Partner in the Banking & Finance practice group. Jayden’s practice focuses on corporate banking, debt capital market financing, syndications, project financing, and acquisition financing, from both a conventional and Islamic standpoint.

Career

Jayden was called to the bar in 2013 and joined Zul Rafique & Partners in May 2019. He was made Partner in 2023. He has significant experience advising domestic and international financial institutions, multinational companies and conglomerates on the legal aspects of banking and finance and debt capital markets, which includes on multiple occasions, advising financial institutions on the structure of their proposed transactions.
