AMYLIA SORAYA AMINUDDIN is a Partner under the Knowledge Management, Research and Training as well as the Intellectual Property Departments. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013.

Career

Amylia assists on a variety of matters in ZUL RAFIQUE & Partners, among others, legal marketing, recruitment, performance management, resource management as well as learning, development and training programmes including the management of pupils and interns in the Firm.

Amylia also assists in the development and management of the execution of knowledge strategies based on the firm’s vision, knowledge solution and tools. She has given talks and trainings in relation to legal career and trademark. She also facilitates the sharing of knowledge by researching, writing and updating the Firm on the latest legal updates and trends, which includes the editorial of the Firm’s newsletter, The BriefCase.

Amylia is also a registered Trademark Agent with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) and has assisted on various matters involving intellectual property law.
