Angad is a dispute resolution lawyer with over 15 years of experience based at our Gurgaon office. Prior to joining the firm he worked in-house with a leading international bank, enabling him to view legal matters with a commercial prism. He is regarded by his clients for his ability to find constructive and innovative solutions to complex legal issues. He actively advises government enterprises, international and domestic corporations, and individual clients on a variety of legal matters. *Over the past 4 years he has represented financial and operational creditors, resolution professionals and liquidators at all stages of proceedings under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This is his core practice area.
