Career

Kelly practices commercial litigation and arbitration. She has handled a diverse range of matters including matters relating to complex commercial contracts, trust disputes, and director / shareholder disputes. She has significant experience in these matters across various industries, such as private equity, banking and finance, hospitality, and retail. In the 2019 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, Kelly was described as “meticulous and insightful”, and “extremely driven and indefatigable”.

Kelly graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Hons) degree in 2016. During her time in university, she participated in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot 2016 held in Oxford University, where she was ranked 5^th best speaker overall. Her team also emerged as quarter-finalists of the competition and was awarded best written submissions.
