Career

Audie has acted for clients in a wide range of disputes, including disputes on banking and finance, commercial contracts, employment, tort, trusts, shareholders’ rights, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.

She has appeared before all levels of the Singapore Courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Appellate Division and the General Division of the High Court, and the State Courts. She has also acted for clients before the Court of Three Judges and the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Aside from litigation, she has acted for clients in arbitration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and in mediation with the Singapore International Mediation Centre or the Singapore Mediation Centre.
