Sun Yul Lee is a senior foreign attorney in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice as well as the Real Estate Practice, where he specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity-related, and real estate transactions. He has substantial experience in complex inbound and outbound share, business and asset purchase and real estate transactions involving multinational corporate and private equity clients. Mr. Lee is also a senior member of the firm’s Compliance Practice, where he specializes in economic sanctions and anti-money laundering regulatory advisory services.
