He acts primarily for owner-managed businesses across a variety of sectors. Paul’s recent deals of note include the purchase of the business and assets of Dawsons Music from administration, the MBO of HMK Automation Limited, the sale of Datastor Systems Limited to Valsoft Corporation Inc and the sale of Force Information Systems Limited to Harris Computer Corporation.
