Marvin is a senior member of our Dispute Resolution Team. He has wide experience in many areas of civil litigation including professional negligence, partnership disputes, insurance and banking litigation, high-value personal injury, clinical negligence and inquests, defamation and cross border litigation.
Marvin has achieved a phenomenal success record for his clients. Wherever possible, he always seeks an early resolution to a dispute and many of his cases have been resolved successfully at mediations.

Seddons has a strong track record in representing both claimants and defendants in litigation involving foreign governments, steel production, mining, fashion, and real estate. Dispute resolution head Christian Smith has particular expertise in corporate disputes, shareholder conflicts, and commercial agency matters; John Melville-Smith is an expert in challenges to wills, contested probate and inheritance disputes, and contractual and professional negligence claims; and David Wheeler is ‘highly experienced‘.
