Adam heads up Seddons Real Estate Finance Team, advising on all aspects of short term and development property funding.
Well known in the short term lending industry, Adam is respected for his pragmatic and commercial advice and understanding of the needs and demands of his clients’ businesses.
With over 20 years’ experience, Adam has built up strong relationships with and represents many of the industry’s leading lenders. His team advises a number of institutional lenders and specialist property lending syndicates.
Recent experience: Acting for a receiver appointed by an investment bank in relation to the sale of commercial real estate portfolio; securitisation of £4m commercial property development facility, including taking security from parties in several jurisdictions; restructuring UK investment bank’s real estate lending group; acquisition of £8.Sm property in W1 for developer client proposing to implement existing permission for conversion into residential flats.
