Darren advises landowners and farmers on all aspects of agricultural and rural property including purchases and sales, financing arrangements, third party agreements, tenancies (including Agricultural Holding Act 1986) and first registrations of unregistered land at HM Land Registry. Darren has also developed a specialism advising on woodland transactions.

Darren is also a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and qualified as a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2019.
