Maria joined Prettys in 2018 as a Data Protection paralegal. She completed the LPC with BPP University and commenced her training contract in March 2021, undertaking her seats in the Employment, Commercial Property and Commercial Dispute Resolution teams.
Following the completion of her training contract, Maria qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 and joined the Employment and Data Protection teams. She works alongside members of both teams, assisting on advising clients on a number of employment and data protection related issues, including responding to subject access requests, data breaches, legislative compliance and policy reviews. Maria also advises on settlement agreements, reviewing employment contracts, as well as advising on more general employment related queries.
