Position
Shivani is an associate in the Family department and advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law matters arising during cohabitation, in contemplation of marriage and on the breakdown of a marriage.
Shivani’s work covers all areas of family law including financial remedy matters, enforcement action, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and private children disputes. She has extensive experience in a wide range of high-value cases involving international or cross-border elements as well as complex asset structures and trusts.
Career
Shivani completed her training contract at Stewarts and qualified as a solicitor in October 2022. On qualification, Shivani joined Payne Hicks Beach.
Education
Shivani read Law at the University of Bristol. She completed her LPC at the University of Law and achieved a distinction.
Personal
Shivani spends a lot of her time outside of work organising food distributions with her local temple for the homeless in Central London as well as a foodbank in her local area to help low income families and anyone else in need of assistance with food and basic necessities.
