I am a solicitor in the Residential Property department, specialising in:

• Freehold and leasehold sales
• Freehold and leasehold purchases
• New build sales and purchases (including the help to buy scheme)
• Remortgages
• Auction sales and purchases
• Non-contentious lease extensions; and
• Title issues (including deeds of variation and covenant advice).

I also work within the Dual Representation team within Property Finance. I have experience of working for both lenders and borrowers on property re-finance and purchase transactions.
