Career

I help clients plan for their futures and their families. I am a tax planning and UK trust specialist, advising a range of clients on strategies to protect their assets. I tailor my advice to each client’s particular needs and the dynamics of their family. Typically, the work I undertake includes:

  • Advising clients on succession and strategies to protect their assets and provide for their families, especially vulnerable family members, in the most tax efficient way possible
  • Strategic overview of the administration of estates, including identifying tax mitigation opportunities and variations
  • Advising on the tax and legal implications of family trusts
  • Creating, restructuring and winding up trusts
  • Drafting of wills, including trusts for asset protection and tax mitigation; powers of attorney
  • Advising on declarations of trust and trust of land

I listen carefully to my clients to understand what they are wanting to achieve. I then offer solutions tailored to their situation. I regularly receive positive feedback on the clarity of my oral and written advice.
