I have considerable experience in debt recovery matters and work extensively alongside the team’s leader in a range of commercial litigation matters.

I am able to advise clients on a range of issues which may be subject to proposed or existing commercial disputes.

Whilst clients can be confident in the advice that they will receive, I am in a strong position to guarantee a more cost-effective option for those wishing to seek advice to help them decide whether or not they have a case to pursue/defend before committing to potentially costly proceedings. Should a client wish to pursue/defend a dispute following that initial advice, that same value for money can be expected throughout.

As well as a strong commercial understanding and appreciation for the needs of individual clients within their respective industries, I pride myself on my malleable approach to matters.

I always try to approach both clients and their opposites in a dispute with a view of trying to bring about an amicable conclusion through fair and reasonable negotiations with a view of avoiding the accrual of unnecessary costs.

However, I also appreciate at times that the relationship between parties may have been irreparably damaged, trust lost and a more assertive approach desired. In these cases, I am more than comfortable taking an approach that reflects the relationship and fighting my client’s corner whilst ensuring objective advice is delivered to empower my clients to make economically sensible decisions as to the progress of their case.
