I am a leasehold enfranchisement specialist associate solicitor with Paris Smith LLP, which is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). I deal exclusively with residential leasehold matters, including lease extensions and enfranchisement, both individually (in relation to leasehold houses and flats) and collectively (in relation to buildings including flats). My work usually includes:

• voluntary lease extensions and statutory lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993;
• statutory sales and purchases (collective enfranchisement) of freehold blocks subject to residential leases under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act
  1993;
• statutory sales and purchases of freehold blocks subject to residential leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (the right of first refusal);
• statutory sales and purchases (enfranchisement) of freehold reversions to leasehold houses under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;
• voluntary sales and purchases of freehold blocks subject to residential leases and freehold reversions to leasehold houses;
• missing landlord claims for statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and 1967 Act house enfranchisement; and
• right to Manage claims.
