Edward has substantial experience in all areas of real estate litigation work in respect of commercial and residential property including business tenancy renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations, rent reviews, title & boundary disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and professional negligence.
He also enjoys dealing with business disputes particularly with a property angle.
Edward has conducted litigation in the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court, Arbitrations, Mediations, First Tier Tribunal (formerly LVT), Lands Tribunal and Land Registry Adjudications.
