Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, having completed her training at Anthony Gold Solicitors. Sarah joined Osbornes Solicitors in September 2016.
Sarah is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex Financial Remedies and Cohabitation/TOLATA. This means she has demonstrated that she has the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to undertake this kind of work.
Sarah specialises in divorce and financial matters, and also has experience of assisting parents and grandparents in child disputes including child arrangements (formally contact/residence access/custody), applications for Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders and permission to remove children from the jurisdiction. Sarah also has a keen interest in acting for unmarried couples and drafting Separation Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Pre-nuptial Agreements.
