Norton Rose Fulbright's transactional team is headed by Mark Berry¬†and Richard Hill.¬†Berry specialises in EPC and EPCM contracts and on the delivery of PPP projects, with particular expertise in the natural resources sector, recently advising JG Pears on the construction of a $100m thermal energy plant. Hill has a growing practice in transmission and renewable energy projects as well as advising various major corporates on energy and construction procurement. Other recent work from the team includes Matthew Hardwick¬†and senior associate Michael Weissman¬†advising on the renovation of the Rijeka refinery in Urinj, Croatia, which included the procurement, manufacturing, transportation and erection of a new main column for the crude distillation unit. Donald Warnock¬†heads the ‚Äėexcellent‚Äô disputes team.
