Małecki Legal is a boutique corporate and M&A law firm founded by Leszek Małecki, a seasoned ex-SK&S transactional lawyer with over 15 years of experience in transaction and corporate projects.

We advise private investors, companies, business angels, venture capital funds and private equity funds.

Our team has a strong track record in both share deal and asset deal transactions, including large and complex cross-border projects, such as sale of Brand New Galaxy to Stagwell Group (NYSE listed company) in year 2022. We routinely advise on joint venture projects, management buyouts, ESOP implementations and investment rounds.

Małecki Legal supports clients at every stage of their transactional and corporate projects, from transaction/project structuring, advising on negotiation strategies, through conducting due diligence, leading negotiations and assisting at signing at closing stages of the deal.
