Graduated in Europe in the field of legal research and business administration, Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha has a deep understanding of the European legal system and the practice of investment and business activities in Europe. She had years of working in competent State agency of investment and has outstanding strengths in the field of consulting on promotion, investment, M&A, international trade, business, etc… She has the ability to competently handle administrative procedures in the field of investment thanks to her experience in working in the system of investment state agencies.
Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha has spent many years researching and practicing in the field of renewable energy and green technology; directly consults and supports many investors of renewable energy projects in Vietnam, especially projects of municipal solid waste treatment for power generation, wind power projects, and solar power projects, etc; participates in activities of formulating and commenting policies and laws on investment and projects, especially in the field of project and energy, and became a reputable lawyer in these fields, not only in the review of domestic investors but also regional investors.
