Rasmus advises clients on a variety of complex disputes either as coverage, defence, or monitoring counsel across a broad range of business lines, including financial and professional lines (PI, SPPI, D&O, E&O, architects, engineers, and board of directors), property insurance (CAR contractors’ all risk, construction law, real estate, building damage, and change of ownership), public and employers’ liability (personal injury and workers’ compensation).
