Ran Bigon, a founding and managing partner of Ben Ami, Bigon & Co. Tax Law Firm, is a leading tax expert on international taxation, with vast experience and expertise in the different aspects of structural changes and multi-national deals and operations.
Ran brings to the firm his extensive experience in tax planning with special expertise in international tax planning, and representation of companies and individuals with cross- border activities in collaboration with various firms around the world.
Ran specializes in consulting on tax matters in multi-national transactions, tax planning of such transactions and implementing the transactions in each jurisdiction.
Additionally, Ran has an extensive experience in representing clients in front of the tax authorities in disputes regarding tax matters, representing and consulting to clients on M&A transactions on large scales including investment funds, multi- national corporations, trusts, start-up companies, employee’s incentive plans and various tax matters.
Ran also has special expertise in the planning and implementing of cross- border re-structuring procedures, re- domiciliation procedures and other structural changes – in order to utilize the tax liability of such transactions, taking into consideration the different tax regimes in multiple jurisdictions.
Before founding his own practice, Ran had a leading role as the lead international tax expert in one of the most leading firms in Israel, in-charge and the head of all international and re-structuring tax department in the firm.
