He advises clients on a range of corporate/commercial matters with a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, financing, and commercial contracts.

- Advising Healthcare Group NZ Limited on the sale of all of the shares in Horizon Radiology to ASX listed Integral Diagnostics
- Advising the shareholders of Kahu Veterinary Equipment Limited on the sale of all the shares to Stockholm listed Vimian Group
- Advising TDDA on the sale of its business to interests associated with Healthcare Holdings Limited and related joint venture arrangements
