• Advises on issues related to hydroelectric power production, wind power and grid development, in regulatory issues and constraints, contractual matters, concession issues, establishment and development of power production, energy related transactions, acquisition of water rights and land easements, other legal requirements and appraisals.
• Extensive experience in complex energy transactions, especially within PV, hydro-and wind power, from both a seller and buyer standpoint.
• Frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on energy trends, challenges faced by the sector in technology, regulation, and adoption of renewable energies and Green Hydrogen projects and policies.
