With over 14 years of experience acquired, by working with clients dealing in global business transactions inbound/outbound investments in India, Soumitra specializes in M&A, Joint Ventures and Corporate Finance including Debt Finance & Private Equity.
He has advised clients across industries on business set-ups in India, governmental/ regulatory compliance/approvals, legal due diligence, investment structuring, transaction advisory, strategic alliances and collaborations including technology transfers.
He believes in an uncompromising adherence to a staunch work ethic that values truthfulness and uprightness in our actions.
