Krešimir Ljubić is a Head Practice of the team Leko & Partners who is specialized in banking, finance and commercial law. He represented one of the banks in the Croatia’s first collective dispute (class action) concerning the validity of consumer loans denominated in Swiss francs.
He is widely experienced in representing companies in the insolvency proceedings and litigations, and also represented Privredna banka Zagreb Plc as a creditor in highly profiled “Agrokor” case during the special insolvency procedure initiated to restructure company which is of systematic importance for Republic of Croatia.
He owes his diverse legal knowledge to the education acquired while studying in The University of Oslo, Norway, The University of North Dakota, USA, and The University of Zagreb, Croatia, providing valuable legal practice, especially banking, insolvency and consumer law, which leads to a very diverse and professional approach to legal cases arising from a wide range of legal matters.
