The firm also represented Privredna banka Zagreb Plc in a case against  JUGOBANKA a.d. in liquidation, which  among its other complexities has few international elements regarding the succession of rights and obligations of former SFRJ and is valued in the amount of EUR 33m.

Among other firm highlights  is the experience in representing in complex ensurance and damages case valued over EUR 10m.

Law firm was also involved in the process of financial restructuring of a leading domestic company for production of quicklime and license holder for exploitation and disposal of construction waste GIRK KALUN jsc., with the whole transaction being worth over EUR 10m, providing substantial legal support and counseling in drafting of several major agreements for purposes of the transaction.
