Position
Louise is a Partner in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property.
Since joining Mishcon, Louise has primarily advised on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including property investment sales and acquisitions, development projects, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate. She has a full range of management experience relating to landlord and tenant matters acting for both landlords and tenants. Her practice involves acting for institutional investors and private property companies, and her longstanding clients include Rowan Asset Management, Chelsfield and Delancey, advising the latter in relation to the property and asset management aspects of East Village including various financings for development.
In addition, Louise has expanded her focus to include real estate finance, advising funds, financial institutions, developers and investors on all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including on investment, development and structured financings. She acts on both the lender and borrower side. Her broader remit sees her working closely with lenders and funds such as PGIM Real Estate, Ahlibank, BLME and Catalina Holdings.
